Job Title: Optometrist
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnose, manage, and treat conditions and diseases of human eye and visual system.
- Examine eyes and visual system, diagnose problems of impairments, prescribe corrective lenses and provide treatment, with an emphasis on corneal, ocular surfaces, anterior segments, and refractive surgeries.
- Prescribe, provide, adapt, and fit a broad range of contact lenses.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Doctor of Optometry
- Successful completion of residency in cornea and contact lenses
